In 2019, the two 4S stores launched a car purchase promotion called "Share Purchase": When the owner buys Chery Automobile in 4S Store, he can enjoy discount on the basis of the guidance price of this car, but the customer needs to pay the full amount after discount of this car in one time, and then make a false loan agreement in cooperation with 4S Store (submit installment car loan guaranteed by vehicle in personal name to financial company). After payment, the purchased vehicle shall be mortgaged to Chery Financial Loan, and 4S Store shall transfer money to the owner's bank card in advance every month, and then the owner shall repay to Chery Finance.

However, at the beginning of July, six consecutive owners did not receive the remittance of 4S shop, owners to 4S shop only found that New Oriental has been empty, many customers involved in "sharing purchase" began to receive the repayment notice of the bank, owners began to realize that may be cheated, we began to collectively ask Ruilong for explanation, but Ruilong's reply is New Oriental and they have nothing to do with it.

In addition to the owner to Ruilong rights protection, the former New Oriental employees also appeared in Ruilong, and had a quarrel with Ruilong staff. According to activists, New Oriental has not paid salaries for half a year. He came to Ruilong to ask for a salary. Defenders claim that the police also investigated, but said it was a contract dispute and needed to go to court, and the public security did not care about these.
