A few days ago, in a CCTV program, the Red Flag brand unveiled a number of new cars, including the upcoming Red Flag E-HS9 model, and the appearance and interior of the new car was confirmed for the first time.

In the program, Red Flag E-HS9 uses a special painting, the whole car is purple body color. The front face of the new car uses a closed grille and a straight waterfall middle net shape, which is in line with the new family design of Red Flag, and the overall design is domineering. At the same time, the center of the front cabin cover is also equipped with a red LED light belt to replace the red flag classic three-dimensional "red flag" sign.

The C-column of Red Flag E-HS9 uses a large area of silver decorative strips to improve the recognition of the car. The interior of the new car was exposed for the first time. In the range section, the car is equipped with a battery pack with a capacity of 92.4kWh. The maximum mileage of the new car is expected to exceed 500km and the acceleration time of 0-100km/h may be less than 4 seconds.

According to relevant documents, Red Flag will start production of Red Flag E-HS9 pure electric SUV in 2020, with a total planned investment of 1.75 billion yuan and a maximum production capacity of 51500 vehicles within six years.

From the perspective of market positioning, the level of HS9 is higher than that of HS7, coupled with the pure electric drive form of E-HS9, the price of the car is expected to be between 50 and 700000 yuan, competing with models such as ES8 in the high-end luxury pure electric SUV market.
