According to related complaints, in addition to the abnormal noise of the steering system with a long history, the abnormal noise of the car body, the center console and the skylight have become the hardest-hit areas of the complaint. In addition to Atez, CX-4, owned by FAW Mazda, also ranked third on the list, with an increase in the number of complaints compared with June, with more or less the same problems as Atz, with 2020 models still complaining the most, and body accessories and appliances with the most complaints.

A week ago, FAW Mazda officially issued a statement acknowledging the existence of the abnormal noise problem, and said that it would properly solve some of the "abnormal noise problems" reflected by some of the 2020 Atez, which the car owners did not buy. Most car owners said that the abnormal noise problem remained after maintenance. Although compared with engine oil leakage, gearbox jitter and other core components, abnormal noise has little impact on vehicle performance, but abnormal noise is really annoying, and FAW Mazda has been unable to find a solution.

As the only independent model on the list, Geely Xingyue's complaint volume is also slightly higher, second only to the Atz model, and the most complaints are the vehicle interconnection system and the audio-visual system. It is understood that the solution given by Geely is to upgrade the system, but many car owners reported that the upgrade still could not solve the Catton crash problem.

In the top 10 list, there are four German models on the list, namely Suiteng, Lang Yi, Maiteng and Audi A4L, while Korean and Japanese models each have a lead and a Camry. From the overall complaints, these models have the problem of abnormal gearbox noise, and some models also have abnormal steering system noise and braking system noise.

According to the description of a Suiteng owner, there was a gearbox noise after it bought Suiteng to drive 200km. The 4S store responded that there was no problem. Later, it ran more than 1000 kilometers, and the problem of abnormal noise became more and more serious. 4S shop also responded that there was no problem. Now ran more than 2000 kilometers, the noise is too loud, now manufacturers and 4S stores evade each other, there is no way to complain.

As the only luxury car on the list, the Audi A4L also has a gearbox noise. An Audi A4L owner said that there was a very obvious clicking noise in the gearbox during the 3-2-1 gear reduction, especially when parking at 2-1, and the higher the temperature, the louder the sound.

The list of automobile complaints reveals the problems in automobile quality control and provides a certain reference value for consumers to buy cars to a certain extent. In fact, the release of the list is not to belittle brand models, but to urge manufacturers and 4S stores to solve the problems of car owners as soon as possible.
