On April 30 this year, FAW-Volkswagen decided to recall 391874 imported and domestic Audi models, including Audi A4L models, due to injection molding holes in the starter generators of some vehicles, resulting in short circuit of internal electronic components, which may cause vehicle fire in extreme cases. FAW-Volkswagen will replace the starter generators for free for the models within the recall range.
