There is really not much advantage for such mileage, even compared with today's minicar in terms of mileage is also a lot higher than it. Not to mention electric cars at the same price.

And the power of the 136Ps is not even as practical as the power of the Volkswagen EA211 1.4T engine. Although the electric car has a faster feeling when it starts and accelerates, the motor on this Volkswagen golf shows some weakness, which is only enough, far less than the golf with "steel cannon".

Perhaps the Golf for this pure electric version is just an "oil-to-electricity" model in the field of pure electricity tested by Volkswagen.
