On April 3, the Automotive Industry Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade officially announced that the 2020 (16th) Beijing International Automobile Exhibition, originally scheduled to be held in Beijing in April 2020, will be postponed to September 26-October 5, 2020 at the new and old exhibition hall of Beijing International Exhibition Center.

According to official sources, the 2020 Beijing Auto Show attracted many domestic and foreign auto companies to participate in the show. Foreign auto companies include Volkswagen, Citroen, Peugeot, Ford, GM, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Hyundai Kia and other mainstream brands Domestic auto companies include FAW, SAIC, Dongfeng, Changan, BAIC, Guangzhou Automobile Group, as well as Geely, Great Wall, Chery, Jianghuai, Guanzhi and other independent brands.

Among the new energy vehicle brands, including Tesla, NIO, Polestar, Weima, Euler and other brands, Xiaopeng, Cyrus, Skyline, Hezhong and Gaohe HiPhi were unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show for the first time. In addition, new energy brands laid out by traditional car companies in the past two years will also be exhibited, including Dongfeng Group's high-end new energy brand Lantu, BAIC New Energy ARCFOX and Geely medium-and high-end pure electric geometry cars.

Beijing Auto Show, Shanghai Auto Show and Guangzhou Auto Show have become the three major auto shows in China, and they are also well-known in the world.
