Moreover, she just changed the gear lever last year, but there are problems again this year, which seriously affect the use.

Ms. Zhang has communicated with the staff of Cheetah 4S store many times, but the other side said that the manufacturer did not deliver the goods and called the factory hotline. Now, when Ms. Zhang went to the Cheetah 4S store again, she found that the Cheetah 4S store, which was originally located in the home of Huizhong Automobile in Taiyuan City, could not be found.

And this kind of situation is not only happened to Ms. Zhang. Mr. Feng, owner of Cheetah CS9, said that it cost 120000 yuan to buy the car at the end of May 2019, but the direction assembly broke down and can't be solved so far.

Subsequently, Ms. Zhang and other car owners came to the after-sales maintenance center of a cheetah 4S store, and the vehicle problem could not be solved because the person in charge could not be found. At the same time, after calling Cheetah's national customer service number many times, there was no answer. After calling the person in charge of the cheetah 4S store, it was learned that the cheetah car manufacturer does not deliver the goods, and the 4S store is unable to replace parts for customers.

In fact, manufacturers can not provide accessories, after-sales quality assurance problems can not be guaranteed, which is the current experience of the majority of cheetah owners.

Not long ago, Cheetah dealers issued a "statement on stopping the free after-sale of Cheetah cars in China". As the manufacturers were unable to provide dealer vehicles and accessories, they had no choice but to stop free after-sales services.

Dear Cheetah car users,

We regret to inform you that due to the infringement of Cheetah 4S stores and after-sales service stores in China over the past 15 months (including stopping car production, stopping the use of the balance of the DMS system, stopping the supply of spare parts, stopping 400 phone calls, etc.), in the case that most of the stores have run out of spare parts All 4S stores in China will not be able to provide free maintenance, repair and warranty (including lifetime warranty for individual models) in the Cheetah car warranty manual.

For the vehicle failures that have already occurred, we will use all available channels to provide services for you with your permission (no more than the cost of spare parts and the sum of basic working hours), but the free items cannot be fulfilled. We deeply and sincerely apologize for this. If the factory resumes the supply of spare parts and DMS system, we will inform you as soon as possible to enter the factory for maintenance and solve all the problems in this helpless period. And under the authorization of the manufacturer, the loss during the delay period shall be compensated appropriately.

At present, 50 4S store representatives recommended by more than 400 4S stores across the country are gathering at the administrative headquarters in Changsha, hoping to communicate with factory leaders and relevant departments. However, as of August 17, 2020, the main leaders of the factory still refused to meet with the representatives, and there has been no progress in communication work, and we are still here and look forward to achieving results as soon as possible; at the same time, we earnestly hope that the government and relevant departments will lend a helping hand to the Cheetah car brand representing the nation and military industry, its more than 400 4S stores and nearly 1,000 after-sales service stations to solve the huge difficulties we have been forced to face.
