It was previously reported that in May this year, Mr. Su ordered vehicles at the BMW 4S store in Foshan and bought 2020 BMW 3-series GT models with a total price of 294200 yuan. the down payment has been given to the 4S store, and the store promised to pick up the car within 20 working days, but it was delayed again and again by the store, and the new car was not mentioned by the agreed time limit. According to the "pick-up Agreement" signed by both parties, the pick-up time is within 20 working days after payment. As a result, at the agreed pick-up time at the end of June, the delivery of the car was delayed on the grounds of the cumbersome formalities in the 4S store. Mr. Su reflected that the second time he said that he would pick up the car before July 10, but he still failed to mention the car.

What worries her even more is that when she asks the head of the 4S store on the phone how to solve the problem, the other person is always "missing". According to the car purchase contract, if the 4S store is unable to deliver the vehicle in time in accordance with the contract, it shall pay the late payment penalty of 5/10000 per day.

And another BMW 4S store, Foshan Dingbao Hong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd., also belongs to Zhengtong Automobile Group, and the 4S store is also unable to deliver the car in breach of contract.

On April 12 this year, Mr. Lin bought a BMW 325 car through the BMW 4S store of Dingbao Company in Foshan. According to the contract, he could get the car before the end of July, but the sales staff repeatedly put it off at the time stipulated in the contract. Mr. Lin decided to return the car and refund the deposit, but the other party still put it off again and again.

A salesperson at the BMW 4S store said that the store is still open, but there are some financial problems in the company, the cash flow is poor, and the customer's car can be put forward, but the process will be slower.

Some lawyers believe that the 4S store did not deliver the cars to the car owners as scheduled, and mortgaged the car certificates to the corresponding financial institutions without authorization, which itself is a serious breach of contract, and the 4S store should be held responsible for breach of contract. The corresponding purchasers should recover the 4S store by legal means in time.
