Mr. Jiang also suspected that there were quality problems in the new car when he found abnormal noise in the vehicle, and questioned that the manufacturer and 4S shop did not carry out inspection when delivering, so he also drove the vehicle back to 4S shop.

In response to the vehicle problem, Mr. Jiang said that the manufacturer thought that the vehicle problem was related to the gearbox, so he was also worried that the gearbox needed to be disassembled after the vehicle entered the factory for overhaul, so it was unacceptable. In his opinion, the disassembly of the new car he bought undoubtedly had a great impact on the vehicle, so he made a request to return or change the car.

However, a staff member of the 4S shop said that at present, the vehicle does not need to be disassembled as Mr. Jiang said. What is needed first is to carry out a more detailed inspection of the vehicle and then consider whether to disassemble it. However, Mr. Jiang still disagreed, so that the two sides could not reach an agreement.

Some lawyers said that for the current situation where both parties cannot reach an agreement, consumers can let relevant persons of consumer associations intervene to help both parties solve the problem under legal and reasonable circumstances, or find a third-party test for liability determination.

No matter what kind of problems the new car encounters, it is unacceptable for consumers, not to mention that the new car has just gone out of the door. As a new brand, Jetta should also take good care of the delivery of new cars and give consumers more trust guarantee, otherwise it will damage the brand's reputation.

Although Jetta is a newly established brand, it is a brand independently branched out as a Jetta model owned by FAW Volkswagen.
