According to Article 37 of the provisions on liability for repair, replacement and return of Household Automobile products and Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Administrative punishment Law of the people's Republic of China, the following administrative penalties are imposed: 1. Warning; 2. Fine.

SAIC GM Wuling was punished because CCTV publicly exposed the gearbox failure of the Baojun 560 model at the March 15 evening and received complaints from a number of car owners. After the problem was exposed, the relevant departments began to step up supervision over SAIC GM Wuling.

According to media reports, the Liuzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau received the documents of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration on July 21 and inspected SAIC GM Wuling on the same day. Because SAIC GM Wuling failed to produce three bags (repair, replacement, return) of Baojun 560 cars for filing relevant materials, Liuzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau filed an investigation on the same day.

According to the contents of the administrative penalty decision, the liability provisions for repair, replacement and return of Family Automobile products will be implemented on October 1, 2013. SAIC GM Wuling is the 2017 Baojun 560DCT1. The producers of 5T and other household cars have failed to file the 2017 Baojun 560DCT1 listed from October 1, 2013 to July 20, 2020 in accordance with Article 9 of the provisions on the responsibility of repair, replacement and return of Family Automobile products. 5T and other household cars have three packages of related information.

In view of the problem that SAIC GM Wuling violated the automobile three-guarantee filing system, the Liuzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau served a "notice of Administrative penalty hearing" on SAIC GM Wuling on August 7, and SAIC GM expressed no objection on the spot. and is willing to bear the corresponding legal liability.

It is understood that according to the regulations, those who violate Article 9 of the provisions on the responsibility for repair, replacement and return of Family Automobile products shall be given a warning and ordered to correct within a time limit. SAIC GM Wuling was eventually given an administrative penalty of warning and fined 30,000 yuan.
