Judging from the screenshot, after paying 490000 yuan for ES8, the employees of Xilai can lease the car back to the company for a period of two years, and will receive a rent of up to 432000 yuan when the contract expires. As a result, in the end, it costs only 58100 yuan for employees to buy ES8.

In addition, if the employee chooses to buy a car with a loan, it will cost 87800 yuan two years later.

It is worth noting that the old employee car buyback program lasts for three years, and employees can get a rent of 540000 yuan, which is equivalent to the company giving a free ES8 to employees.

With regard to the employee's car purchase and rent-back plan, NIO officials have given an explanation. According to NIO, many sales consultants will invite customers to test-drive, which requires a lot of test-driving costs, and at the same time, there is a situation in which employees buy cars, so Ulai will rent employees' cars to help customers test-drive to reduce costs. Officials also revealed that employees bought more than 300 cars.

According to Ulai delivery data, a total of 3989 electric vehicles were delivered in the first quarter of this year, including 1805 in January, 811 in February and 1373 in March. CEO Li Bin said: it felt good and exceeded expectations.
