However, in the latest list in July, only one Korean model and French model are on the list, and the rest are German and Japanese models. Specifically, the highest number of complaints in July this year is still from the FAW Mazda brand of the Atez model. The new car has problems such as abnormal sound of the center console and AB column, which greatly affect the driving experience, resulting in a huge increase in complaints from car owners. The number of complaints has continued since April this year. In July, the number of complaints reached 225, far higher than other models.

For the same reason, CX-4, which is a sample of FAW Mazda, has seen a rise in the number of complaints for several months in a row, second only to the 149s of Atz models in July this year.

With regard to the complaints about the two models of FAW Mazda, officials have also issued a statement acknowledging the "abnormal noise" problem in the car and saying that the "abnormal noise problem" reflected by some 2020 Atz users will be properly resolved. In fact, after many repairs, the owners of both models said they were "useless", leading to a continuous upsurge of complaints.

Second only to the two models are Volkswagen's Suiteng and Lang Yi models, with more than 100 complaints in July. However, it is common for sales of 20, 000 to 30, 000 a month and being on the list for a long time. The main reason for the complaint is the common engine problems in Volkswagen models.

However, many models from Volkswagen brands, such as Maiteng, Tuguan L and Tanyue, were still on the list of complaints against Top10 in July, and the problems were generally similar, all caused by gearbox and engine problems. As for FAW-Volkswagen's mountain exploration, the main problem is that the headlights are not on.

According to FAW-Volkswagen Tanyue car owners' complaints, mainly focused on 2019 models, including low-equipped, medium-equipped, high-equipped, as the whole system of Tanyue is equipped with LED lights, although 2020 models rarely appear. But at present, 2019 models and 2020 models are normal sales, but 2019 models are in a state of suspension of production and sale, so there are frequent complaints. However, for the complaints of car owners, the manufacturers only said that they meet the standards and will not be replaced.

In addition, Japanese brands such as Nissan Xuanyi, Peugeot 408 and Hyundai lead the list. Among them, the performance of Dongfeng Peugeot 408 is still a model with a large number of complaints, and there are some problems, such as engine fault lights, cracked tires, abnormal sound of shock absorbers, burning oil and so on. Peugeot 408 sold 400 cars in July and 3747 from January to July.

By contrast, Nissan, which has exceeded 10,000 vehicles for several months, sold more than 40,000 vehicles in July. From the point of view of the number of complaints and sales, the base is still relatively small, and the problem mainly appears in the gearbox. As for the modern lead, the main problem is also in the abnormal noise.

Throughout the complaint list of Top10 in July, it not only reflects the defects of some models, but also reflects the brand's reputation. However, it is worth noting that in July this year, the list of complaints came from Japanese and German models with better performance, of which German and Japanese accounted for 80% of Prida, while German accounted for 50%. Independent brands showed a certain decline, which was better than mainstream joint venture brands.
