In terms of models, the model with the highest number of complaints in August was FAW-Volkswagen Suiteng, which topped the monthly complaint list for the first time in history, with 118 complaints in that month. At present, the problem that Volkswagen Suiteng has received the most complaints is the abnormal noise and setback of transmission, while the problems of abnormal noise of engine and cracking of tires are also on the rise.

A 2019 Suiteng 200TSI DSG comfortable car owner complained, "the bumpy road gearbox rattles very loudly, and the bumpy road clatter clatters with metal, which affects the normal use of the car and requires the manufacturer to solve the vehicle problems as soon as possible."

Another Suiteng 280TSI DSG luxury car owner said, "from less than a year to buy a car, about 10,000 kilometers of this problem, until now, back and forth in the 4S store last year to test drive back and forth to change the gearbox shift logic, has not been solved." The sudden setback is acceptable, the abnormal noise of the gearbox is not normal, and recently there has been an accelerated sound, just like a part falling apart. " At the bottom of the complaint, FAW-Volkswagen replied that the complaint had been accepted.

Volkswagen dual clutch gearbox has been put into operation in China for many years, and it has been widely used in its models, but some vehicle problems are inevitable. I hope that manufacturers can feedback and solve consumer complaints.

It is worth noting that Volkswagen's Suiteng, Lang Yi, Maiteng, Tuguan L and Tanyue a total of five main models, also appeared in the top 10 list, but also Volkswagen for the first time in many years. The abnormal noise of the double clutch gearbox is still the main complaint point, while Maiteng and Tuguan L have the problem of "slide valve box failure" at the same time.

According to the feedback of some car owners, the failure of the slide valve box of Volkswagen gearbox is mainly reflected in the sudden failure of some gears, accompanied by sudden frustration, when the vehicle screen will show that "the gearbox is in emergency operation mode and can continue to drive." The owners of most vehicles with the problem said that when the problem occurred, the vehicle had passed the warranty period, and the replacement of the electromechanical control unit had to be paid at its own expense.

In addition, French car Dongfeng Peugeot 408 is still on the list. Peugeot 408 is a long-term joint venture model, although the model sales are small, but the feedback from users is very strong, the main problems focus on engine oil burning, engine fault lights and other problems. Sales figures show that the Peugeot 408 sold 400 vehicles in July, compared with a cumulative sales of only 3747 from January to July.

Japanese Mazda is also a popular brand in recent complaints. Abnormal body noise problems in Atz and CX-4 continue to break out, although the number of complaints decreased in August compared with previous months, but abnormal noise problems still haunt some car owners. The main problems of the two models are the abnormal noise of interior decoration, A-pillar and B-pillar, which seriously affect the driving experience. The problems reported by many users can not be solved after 4S store maintenance, and even cause some car owners to protect their rights. Nissan Xuanyi is a popular car model in the market at present, but many users complain that Xuanyi has abnormal transmission noise, transmission setback, fault light and engine noise, hoping that manufacturers can give solutions to the problem of feedback from car owners.

It is worth noting that in the top 30 car complaint list, the BMW 3 Series rose rapidly, and the problem was more prominent. Many users complained about the "leakage of antifreeze" in the vehicles, and most of the problem vehicles were the latest 2020 models on the market. It is said that this problem is a "thermal management module failure". At present, there is no clear official statement on this problem.
