Recently, the electric car media "Electric Bond" tested the battery life of the Guangzhou Automobile Aion V model, and according to the final data, the actual range has shrunk a lot compared with the publicity.
The 2020 Aion V 80 MAX version of GAC is selected, which is the highest equipped model in the Aion V series. The NEDC integrated mileage 600km is equipped with a ternary lithium battery with 80kWh capacity. In the test environment, the temperature of the day is about 35 ℃, the vehicle is tested at full power, the air conditioner in the car is 24 ℃ automatic mode, the driving mode is normal, indicating that the remaining mileage is 600km.
In the form of testing, GAC Aion V chose to test on the Beijing-Harbin Expressway, taking the Xianghe service area on the Beijing-Harbin Expressway as the starting point, driving in the direction of leaving Beijing, and driving every 20 kilometers to show the remaining mileage, turning back at Tangshan Airport until the power was exhausted.
In the course of driving, the mileage of every 20km Magi Aion V decreases by about 30km in disguise. When the final charge is 8%, the dashboard battery is yellow, and the power output of the vehicle is also limited. In this case, the range test is terminated.
The final results show that the mileage of Aion V is 364km, the remaining mileage is 48km, the test time is 3.5h, and the average speed is 104km/h. In this way, when the vehicle is fully charged, the actual mileage of Aion V is about 410km, which is about 6.8% off compared with the declared NDEC mileage of 600km. It is worth noting that this is still tested at higher temperatures, and the actual 410km mileage tested will be further reduced if tested at lower temperatures in winter.
Data show that Aion V was officially listed at the end of June this year, with an official price range of 15.96-239600 yuan. In terms of battery life, the driving form is front / single motor, maximum power 135kW, peak torque 350N ·m.
From the original < 200km to the present ≈ 600km, it has witnessed the development of electric vehicles, but the problem of battery life is still a major criterion for consumers to choose electric vehicles. Although the electric vehicles on the market will have the NDEC mileage certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a reference, there is a big deviation between the reference value given by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the official data. For car owners, the mileage of the "false mark" affects not only the reputation of the brand, but even the safety of users.
