The content shows that, "due to the influence of many internal and external factors, the production and operation of Sailin in Jiangsu Province has encountered difficulties and cannot continue to operate for the time being." …… "once again, we solemnly declare that after receiving the notice, please go through the handover formalities within ten days in accordance with the rules and regulations. If you fail to do so within the time limit, you shall bear all responsibility."

The notice was mailed to the Sailin employee's home on September 5, according to media "Daoge said car", citing employees. For this "notice", many employees showed unusual anger. Some employees said bluntly, "I think this is an irresponsible and naked threat, and it is a violation of the law. It is a demolition-style way of thinking to deal with this matter. It is a triad approach. This is my summary of this matter."

Some employees said, "without a raise or anything, they just threaten us like this. As employees, what is the law against not leaving?" What responsibility do we have to bear? " The employee also said, "if I don't find a job, I will not leave my job, but I am also actively working hard to find it, but the market is here. I can't find it if I work hard. It doesn't mean I want to stay in Sailin."

Jiangsu Sailin collapsed overnight, Chairman Wang Xiaolin shunned the United States, the company's capital chain was broken, the doors of two factories were closed, assets were seized, thousands of employees lost their jobs without pay, and Jiangsu Sailin failed to build a car. Nantong Jiahe, a state-owned shareholder in Sailin, Jiangsu, issued a statement saying it promised to use its own funds to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees who went through the departure formalities.

In early July, the Management Committee of Jiangsu Rugao Economic and technological Development Zone issued a "notice" saying that Wang Xiaolin and others were suspected of providing false certification documents, misappropriating huge funds of Jiangsu Sailin by taking advantage of their positions, and other important clues.
