To this end, the association calls on the major parallel import enterprises to actively cooperate with the signing of the joint proposal and submit it to the relevant ministries and commissions of the state, in order to solve the problem that the sixth national environmental protection information disclosure policy can not be implemented.

It is understood that some car dealers have already ordered parallel imported cars that meet the national six emission standards, but due to the lack of specific operational measures for the disclosure of environmental protection information on parallel imported vehicles, these vehicles cannot be cleared and sold.

According to a survey conducted by the Daily Business News, the sale of parallel imported cars that meet the "National VI" emission standards needs to meet the two conditions of having the national 63C certificate and submitting public motor vehicle environmental protection information to the motor vehicle environmental protection department. At present, some models have obtained the national 63C certificate issued by the State Accreditation and Supervision Commission, that is, they meet the "national sixth" emission standards, but the certified enterprises are unable to disclose the corresponding "national sixth" environmental protection information, and the vehicles still cannot be cleared and sold normally.

At the same time, because the hardware of vehicle fault simulation and professional software for vehicle calibration are professional information that can only be provided by manufacturers, parallel imported vehicle enterprises can not provide it, so it is difficult to carry out part of the test contents in the "National 6" OBD test of parallel imported vehicles, and it is difficult to disclose emission testing information. In addition, the relevant departments have not yet issued environmental protection information disclosure solutions consistent with the "unauthorized" characteristics of parallel imported cars.

A person in the industry engaged in parallel imported cars said, "now there are two parts of people in the parallel imported car market, some are waiting, some are doing, and what they are doing is the environmental protection information certification of the national 63 C certificate. however, because the relevant institutions do not have an absolutely standardized or unified experimental standard, many car dealers even spend a lot of money, time, energy, manpower and material resources. He said it could be tomorrow or next year, because no one is actually moving forward with it.

According to statistics from the Automobile Circulation and Post-Market Policy Research Office, imports of parallel imported cars are almost stagnant at present, with only 33 parallel imported cars imported in July, down 99.8% from the same period last year. At present, most parallel imported car dealers are selling "national five" models in stock.
