On August 9, a car owner drove normally in the urban area at a speed of about 50 kilometers per hour, and the lower arm broke. On August 16, Ideal Auto officials issued a statement stating that the accident was caused by a serious collision.

On September 8, an ideal SUV with double flashes was parked on the side of the road, leaning to one side and showing wheel detachment. An hour later, the ideal car clarified and explained the accident through the official Weibo. It is still improper operation of the owner, and the incident has been handled.

Of course, if the vehicle encounters an accident and reaches a certain intensity, it is also possible for the vehicle to have a broken axle. According to the encounters of several owners this time, the speed is not fast, so this is the reason why the ideal ONE has caused heated discussion after successive accidents. The ideal car has explained the widely questioned material problem of the front suspension arm. The official said,"The ideal ONE front suspension lower arm uses a composite structure composed of PHT 780F stamped steel plate and PA6-GF50 new material. This higher cost material is selected to ensure the strength of the ideal ONE suspension and reduce the unsprung mass." The composite front suspension arms of Ideal ONE are stiffer than steel or aluminum arms of luxury mid-sized and large SUVs with the same suspension style."

"To date, all suspension damage to Ideal ONE has been due to crash accidents, none due to quality."
