AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)09/17 Report--
In recent years, pure electric vehicles are considered to be a major trend in the development of the industry, and there is even talk of replacing fuel vehicles, so the plan of "studying and drawing up a timetable for banning the sale of fuel vehicles" has been put on the agenda. However, with the gradual development of the market, some experts believe that it is not recommended for China to formulate a "no-combustion" timetable, but that hybrid power is the most effective energy-saving technology for internal combustion engine vehicles.
On September 16, at the global new energy vehicle supply chain innovation conference, Wang Binggang, head of the national new energy vehicle innovation project expert group, said that the 2.0 version of the "Energy Saving and New Energy vehicle Technology Roadmap" has been reviewed by experts. it will be officially released soon, and the new technology roadmap will be discussed by thousands of automobile experts.
The biggest change in the new technology roadmap is that it is proposed that the policy should promote the development of the "hybrid" technology route, which is the most effective energy-saving technology for internal combustion engine vehicles, and actively promote the "hybrid" of traditional automobiles, including the national adoption of "electric drive" technology for new energy vehicles and traditional vehicles, and it is more in line with China's national conditions to use "comprehensive electric drive plan" instead of "fuel ban schedule".
It is worth noting that this technology road map is only recommended by the Group of experts and is not an administrative document. However, the expert group believes that this technical support document has an impact on the follow-up policy direction of the industry. It also means that gas-electric hybrid vehicles may be supported in the future and their market share will increase significantly in the future.
Wang Binggang also pointed out that the overall goal of the latest new energy development technology roadmap is to each account for about 50% of energy-efficient vehicles and 50% of new energy vehicles in 2035, and the automobile industry will basically achieve electric transformation. He proposed that China should develop energy-efficient vehicles and new energy vehicles at the same time.
At the same time, he also believes that the strategic orientation of pure electric drive will not waver. Wang Binggang said that pure electric drive is our main strategic orientation in recent years, and our pure electric drive is now the best in the world. In the electronic control technology brought about by pure electric drive, we have made very good development. And it should play a great role in promoting and guiding the development of global electric vehicles. In retrospect, our country's strategic thinking of pure electric drive is correct, and we should stick to it in the next 15 years.
Previously, experts have pointed out that "the automobile industry is not only a technical direction of pure electric power, but also in many fields, such as internal combustion engine vehicles, hybrid vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, natural gas vehicles, methanol vehicles, and so on." there is a lot of room for technological innovation, and it is necessary to diversify, and equal competition and complementary advantages of various technological routes are the correct logic of industrial development. "
At present, the new energy vehicle market is still a policy-driven market. In 2019, the sales of new energy vehicles in China is 1.14 million, of which the sales of new energy passenger vehicles is 1 million. Xu Changming, a senior economist and deputy director of the State Information Center, said that 800000 of them are policy-driven, which is still a long way from being truly market-driven.
Judging from the 2.0 version of the "Roadmap for Energy Saving and New Energy vehicle Technology", new energy vehicle technology will still occupy a dominant position, while advocating the development of energy-efficient vehicles (gas-electric hybrid technology) in line with national conditions, so as to achieve comprehensive electric drive. However, the final implementation direction has not yet formed a policy-oriented conclusion. At present, one of the consensus reached by the expert group is that it is not recommended that China establish a "no-burning" timetable.
