In December 2019, Xie Hao was removed from his post in the party and administrative dismissal, and the proceeds from violation of discipline were confiscated; other responsible persons were dealt with accordingly.

Third, Zhang Yong, former deputy general manager of Shanghai Dongyi Automobile Trading Co., Ltd., violates the rules of public funds to buy gifts and other issues.

In September 2017, Zhang Yong, former deputy general manager of Shanghai Dongyi Automobile Trading Co., Ltd., arranged for his subordinates to buy fruit coupons and crab coupons worth 20808 yuan to give related business partners in the name of issuing moon cake coupons to employees. From May 2017 to July 2019, Zhang Yong, already entitled to transportation subsidies, illegally used his unit's test drive for personal commuting and commuting.
