As a result, Ms. Zhang obviously felt that she had been deceived. According to Ms. Zhang, the words "no accident" and "no replacement" were clearly marked on her contract with a second-hand car company. Then drive the vehicle back to the second-hand car shop to ask the seller about the specific situation of the vehicle, and seek a solution.

In response to this matter, Mr. Guo, the seller of the vehicle, said that he also knew that the car had been replaced with a gearbox, which had been replaced after a unified recall by the manufacturers. at present, the vehicle has only run more than 100 kilometers, and the mileage is not much. Because I didn't know about it, I didn't tell Ms. Zhang about it.

In order to solve the problem, Mr. Liu, the person in charge of Shengde, also said that he had asked Mr. Guo to actively deal with the matter, and was willing to return the car and make a full refund, and Ms. Zhang's loan would be terminated immediately without any fees.

However, Ms. Zhang's attitude is either to ask for a car, the businessman will compensate 30,000 yuan, or return the car, and the businessman will compensate 20,000 yuan for missing work, travelling expenses, mental damage, and so on. In response, Mr. Liu initially said that the shop owner was willing to compensate 15000 yuan, but now he is not willing to do so.

So far, the two sides are still in negotiations. The relevant person in charge of the Fengtai Hengtong boutique used car showroom said that he would urge buyers and sellers to coordinate and deal with the matter.

In this regard, some lawyers said that the situation promised by the contract can be protected if consumers find that it is possible to protect their rights. Because the seller does not inform the consumers in advance of the true situation when selling the vehicle, it belongs to fraud.

Compared with new cars, second-hand cars are indeed much cheaper, but from the frequent exposure of the hidden rules of the second-hand car market, it is not difficult to see that it is very difficult for the current second-hand car market to buy a second-hand car without a problem. Car companies hide car conditions and resell accident cars. If you are not careful, it is difficult to find the problems. And once there are problems, it is difficult for consumers to protect their rights, but it will take a lot of time to go to litigation, which is difficult for ordinary consumers to bear.
