In terms of specific models, FAW Mazda Atez and CX-4 are at the top of the list for many months. these two models are frequently complained by car owners because of abnormal body noise, center console noise, brake system noise, gearbox noise and other reasons, with 129 and 122 complaints in that month. According to the vehicle failure statistics of the car quality network, the amazing number of complaints against Atez is mainly concentrated in 2020 models, and the number of complaints against 2020 models has reached 2222 so far. At present, there is no practical solution to the problem, so the number of complaints remains high.

The number of complaints from FAW-Volkswagen Suiteng has also been increasing in recent months, and the complaints are mainly focused on abnormal transmission noise and transmission setbacks, while the problems of abnormal engine noise and tire cracking are also on the rise.

An owner of the 2018 Suiteng 280TSI double clutch comfort car complained, "every time you start one liter and two gears, it is accompanied by a metal clang, the car shivers, jiggles, a sound and then a setback, and every start is a struggle and suffering, sometimes light and sometimes severe, especially at night. In May 2020, the clutch plate was changed due to a large gap, but this problem has always been there and can not be solved. It has become a great trouble for car owners. There is really no way out. We can only complain. I hope manufacturers will pay attention to solving it. "

In addition to Volkswagen Speed Teng, Lang Yi, Mai Teng and Tan Yue two main models are also in the top 10 list of complaints, gearbox noise is still the main complaint point, and Maiteng also has the problem of "slide valve box failure" and "computer version failure". Volkswagen dual clutch gearbox has been put into operation in China for many years, and it has been widely used in its models, but some vehicle problems are inevitable. I hope that manufacturers can feedback and solve consumer complaints.

In addition, FAW-Volkswagen Audi A4L also appeared in the top 10, with 86 complaints that month. The main complaints focused on gearboxes and engines, including abnormal gearbox noise, gearbox setbacks, engine leakage antifreeze and engine fault lights. As one of the most popular models in the Audi brand, it is surprising that the A4L is on the list.

In terms of other models, Toyota Camry and Nissan Xuanyi are also on the list, both of which are the main sales models of their respective brands, with 107 and 89 complaints respectively in the month. Although Nissan Xuanyi is dominant in the car field, many users complain that Xuanyi has abnormal transmission noise, transmission setback, fault light and engine noise.

French car Dongfeng Peugeot 408 is still on the list. Peugeot 408 is a long-term joint venture model, although the model sales are small, but the feedback from users is very strong, the main problems focus on engine oil burning, engine fault lights and other problems. Peugeot sold only 377 vehicles in August and 4124 from January to August, according to the data.

Generally speaking, the models with higher sales are more likely to be on the list, so the models on the list do not show a lack of quality, but the significance of the complaint list is to objectively reflect the problems of models and brands. Manufacturers should pay attention to it.

From the list of complaints, the problems such as Volkswagen double clutch gearbox and abnormal body noise of Mazda have existed for a long time, and the manufacturers have not given effective solutions, resulting in more and more opinions of car owners on the models.
