AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)10/01 Report--

In recent years, as the performance of the Chinese market continues to strengthen, increasing or returning to the Chinese market has become a plan for more and more car companies, including Hyundai's luxury brand Denisys, which has also made a "second" strategy to return to the Chinese market. As this return to the Chinese market is of great significance to Genisse, Genisse has planned to bring a number of blockbuster models.

According to the latest information released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Genisis will be the first to launch three models, as the previous news only announced the fuel consumption logo of the model, the specific model has not yet been announced, and the specific situation is not known yet. However, as the news got out further, the list of models first introduced by Genisse included the luxury sedan G90, G80 and luxury SUV GV80, meaning that the three models had been added to the list of models introduced by Genisis.

Recently, the State Patent Office revealed a set of patent maps of the Genisse GV80, which inferred that the car may be the first model to be launched in China.

From the point of view of the appearance of the new car, it continues the conceptual design of the 2017 GV80, with the overall smell of luxury models like Bentley, but based on the earlier release of spy photos, rendering pictures and advance notice of the GV80 concept car, the appearance of the real car is not not surprising.

The intake grille of large-size shield-shaped mesh design is adopted, which is similar to the split LED headlights on both sides, while the tail design is relatively simple, and the taillight style is the same as the front headlamp design, with circular LED lights added inside.

The size part, GV80 positioning in the large luxury SUV, and BMW X5, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Audi Q7 and other cars of the same level, the parameters are also close to the three cars.

According to the previously exposed interior photos, there is indeed a luxurious positioning design, dark and light-colored interiors to choose from, the use of a large area of leather package, large screen, solid wood decoration, rotary shift, and so on. Texture and vision have been improved.

It is understood that the new car will carry a four-cylinder turbocharged engine or 3.5L V6 engine, while the Korean and European markets are expected to carry 3.0T V6 diesel engine. In terms of transmission system, it is expected to match the 8-speed automatic transmission.

In fact, as early as last year, Hyundai's high-end brand Genisse announced that it would return to the Chinese market "for the second time" and appointed William Lee, the company's former North American chief executive, as global head of its high-end brand. Its main responsibilities include reviving the Chinese market. However, Genisse has yet to enter China, and its person in charge has been announced to be transferred.

Obviously, Genisse's plan to enter China for the second time is very slow, and there is still a great challenge if we want to achieve the preemption of the Chinese market again. However, as the domestic luxury car market is in the incremental stage, the introduction of Genisse also adds more possibilities.
