A few days ago, the domestic real car picture of the new generation of Hanlanda has been circulated online, which means that the new car is getting closer and closer to the market, which is expected to be officially released as soon as November during the Guangzhou Auto Show.

The new generation of Hanlanda model is the fourth generation of the car series, the new car is based on Toyota TNGA-K platform, the overall outline still continues the classic shape of Hanlanda, the details have been greatly adjusted, and the overall trend is tough style. The upper narrow and lower wide trapezoidal front grille is matched with a blackened middle net and flying wing chrome plating, which increases the recognition of the front face, and the design of the fog lamp area on both sides is also more slender than the current style.

In terms of vehicle details, the A-pillar adopts a blackened design, and the side shape is similar to that of the current Hanlanda. The tail uses a slender taillight group, the overall shape is more square. The interior of the new car has also taken on a new look, with a large liquid crystal display screen.

Body size as a reference, the overseas version of the new Hanlanda length, width and height are 4950*1930*1727mm, wheelbase is 2850mm. Compared with the current model, the length and wheelbase are increased by 60mm.

In terms of power, the overseas version of the new car has two options: traditional power and hybrid power, the traditional power is 3.5L V6 engine, the maximum power is 295 horsepower, the peak torque is 368N m, and the transmission system matches the 8-speed automatic gearbox. The hybrid model uses a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and two motors, with a comprehensive power of 240 horsepower. In addition, the Hanlanda hybrid model also has a choice of two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive.

The internal code of GAC Toyota's new Hanlanda is 760B. According to news, GAC Toyota's new Hanlanda model will be put on the market first, the specific time will be put into production in the first quarter of 2021, the main model will be 2.5L hybrid version, at the same time, due to cost or entry price considerations, the domestic version is expected to launch a four-cylinder gasoline version. However, the news has not been officially confirmed.

Internal documents exposed by the media show that GAC Toyota's new Hanlanda will be put into production in the old plant and the fourth production line respectively, with a production capacity of 50,000 vehicles per year in the old plant and 40,000 vehicles per year on the fourth production line. therefore, GAC Toyota's overall planned production capacity of the new Hanlanda reaches 90,000 vehicles.

In addition, FAW-Toyota "Hanlanda" plans to produce about 50,000 vehicles a year. It means that the total production capacity of Hanlanda in China will reach 140000 vehicles in the future.

In terms of new car introduction, Toyota plans to further expand its product lineup to cover more market segments, including the new generation of Sienna (Senna) and the new generation of Harrier (Hailia) will be put into production in Guangzhou Auto Toyota and FAW Toyota respectively.

According to official figures released by Toyota Motor Company, its new car sales in China reached 179400 in September, up 25.3% from a year earlier and rising for six consecutive months. From January to September, Toyota's cumulative sales in China reached 1.2624 million, up 6.9% from a year earlier. 71.7% of the annual target of 1.76 million vehicles has been achieved. Under the outbreak of the epidemic this year, a number of car companies have failed to achieve a year-on-year increase in sales, while Toyota has now reversed the trend. As more models are updated and introduced, Toyota's expansion in China will continue.
