Then the vehicle was sent to the 4S store for testing, and the 4S store only read the fault code of the vehicle, and did not find any problems with the vehicle, so let Mr. Wang continue to use the vehicle. And Mr. Wang listened to the 4S store, also rest assured to continue to use the vehicle.

But in the following year, Mr. Wang found that the vehicle had six times of serious engine jitter, five of which were repaired in the 4S store. According to the maintenance documents, the vehicle has replaced the crankshaft pulley and the fuel injector of the two cylinder blocks, and the software has also been upgraded, but the problem has not been completely solved.

On October 9, when Mr. Wang came home from work, he found the steering wheel shaking again. For the previous vehicle maintenance, Mr. Wang said that the store did not specifically inform what parts were broken.

After that, Mr. Wang towed the car to the 4S store, but Mr. Wang was unwilling to repair it this time, because according to the three guarantees law, if the repair time accumulated more than 35 days due to product data problems or more than 5 times due to the same product problems, the consumer can use three packages of vouchers and car purchase invoices, which will be replaced by the seller. Therefore, Mr. Wang feels that his vehicle is qualified for replacement.

In this regard, the 4S store after-sales manager replied that the vehicle has been repaired six times, whether it is caused by the same product quality problem or not, we still need to wait for the textual research and confirmation of Mercedes-Benz manufacturers. It depends on whether the crankshaft pulley was replaced before, and whether the fuel injector replaced later is the same problem, although the symptoms are the same. The problem this time may be to replace another fuel injector.

In this regard, as for the request that Mr. Wang needs to change cars, the 4S store said that it will pay close attention to the communication with the manufacturers. At present, we will wait for the feedback from the manufacturers, and we will give Mr. Wang an answer later.
