Because the door could not be opened with the remote control car key, Mr. Liu was told that the mechanical key could be used to open it manually. After trying to use the mechanical key, the door of the malfunctioning Audi A6L car could be opened, but new problems also appeared.

Mr. Liu found that his Audi A6L could not start, has been black screen, no matter how to operate the vehicle did not respond at all.
