On October 23, GAC apologized for the previously issued commitment, saying that GAC Kilai expressed its sincere apology of 100,000 points. Previously, the full compensation promise of the whole vehicle is only the commitment of Guang Qi Wei to its own users. It does not involve any competitors or suppliers. At the same time, it said that it should not hastily suggest that new energy battery car companies in the industry jointly promise full compensation for the whole vehicle without considering it at all.

With the frequent safety problems of new energy vehicles due to batteries, GAC's behavior has indeed won some praise, but the act of apologizing after issuing a statement is obviously not prudent.
