The creditors of Hangzhou Changjiang Automobile Co., Ltd. should declare their claims to the manager before November 11, 2020, state in writing the amount of claims, whether there is property security and whether they are joint and several claims, and provide relevant evidence materials. Hangzhou Yuhang District people's Court will hold the first creditors' meeting on November 26.

In the context of entering the bankruptcy proceedings, Changjiang Automobile employees are miserable, and the storm of wages and arrears continues to ferment. It is understood that Changjiang Automobile has owed employees' wages for as long as 12 months, and there is no accurate information on when the wages will be paid. Since being ruled into bankruptcy proceedings by the Hangzhou Yuhang District people's Court on August 24 this year, Changjiang Motor is said to have issued a notice about "waiting at home" once a week, while a few days ago, many employees received the company's "notice of termination of Labor contract" and "Agreement on termination of Labor contract".

According to the relevant documents, because Changjiang Motor has been out of business for a long time before bankruptcy, according to the relevant provisions of the Labor contract Law, we have decided to agree with you to terminate the labor contract, and the labor contract relationship between the two sides will be terminated from November 1, 2020. At the same time, the social security provident fund will be stopped from November 1, and the arrears of wages and thirteen salaries of employees need to be determined in accordance with the law. For part of the wages of the employees' claims, the company requests the government to advance, but the amount and time of the advance will be determined by the government.

In fact, employees began to complain to government departments about unpaid wages as early as 2018, and there have been dozens of complaints about unpaid wages by October 2020. It is understood that in July 2019, some employees revealed that the problem of unpaid wages of Changjiang cars, including Guizhou Changjiang, Chengdu Changjiang and Hangzhou Changjiang Motor, even pulled banners to ask for wages, and some employees complained to the labor supervision department, but the problem of wage arrears has never been solved.

Data show that Hangzhou Changjiang Automobile Co., Ltd., formerly known as Hangzhou Changjiang bus Co., Ltd., is one of the few tram manufacturers in China. In 2013, on the verge of bankruptcy, Wulong Electric vehicle (Group) Co., Ltd. invested to reorganize Hangzhou Changjiang bus Co., Ltd., and changed its name to Hangzhou Changjiang Automobile Co., Ltd. Under the leadership of Wulong electric vehicles, Hangzhou Changjiang Automobile has successively obtained the production qualification of medium and large passenger cars and the access qualification of pure electric passenger car enterprises.

Changjiang Automobile is the first batch of double-certificate car manufacturing enterprises approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and examined by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and it is also the second automobile company to get dual qualifications after BAIC New Energy. Dual qualifications are particularly important for car manufacturing enterprises, but now they have fallen into operational difficulties because of wage arrears.

With the lowering of the threshold for car-building, the rise of Internet car-building, and the influx of a large number of funds, dozens of new car-building enterprises have been born, but with the changes in the market and the stagnation of market demand for new energy vehicles, some enterprises are facing the fate of being eliminated before they are officially put into mass production. In the current market environment, it has been difficult to accommodate dozens of new car-building enterprises, some brands and enterprises may fall down. The once hot and dual-qualified Changjiang Motor is mired in wage arrears, factory shutdowns and even bankruptcy liquidation, which makes people feel sad.
