A 2018 280TSI DSG owner complained that four tire cracks, oil stains on the left half shaft and occasional downshift jitter occurred at 10,000 kilometers, but the conclusion of the 4S shop was normal. Japanese brands, Mazda Atz, Toyota Camry and Nissan Sylphy are also on the list. Atz and CX-4 are popular models complained about in recent months. The main complaints are abnormal body noise, abnormal center console noise, abnormal sunroof noise and abnormal steering system noise, which seriously affect the driving experience. Camry and Xuanyi are the two main models under the brand, but there are also many owners complaining about front and rear axle and suspension oil leakage, oil leakage (Camry) and gearbox abnormal noise, pause (Xuanyi) problems.

In addition, the Dongfeng Peugeot 408 is still on the list. Peugeot 408 is a compact car, although the overall sales volume is not large, but it also appears in the complaint list for many months, the main problems focus on engine oil burning, engine fault lights and other problems. Sales data show that Peugeot 408 sold 883 vehicles in September and accumulated sales of 5007 vehicles from January to September.

Generally speaking, the higher the sales volume, the greater the probability of the model on the list, so the model on the list can not indicate that there is a lack of quality, but the significance of the complaint list is to objectively reflect the model and brand problems, manufacturers should pay attention to.

According to the complaint list, Volkswagen double clutch gearbox problem, Mazda body abnormal noise problem and other problems exist for a long time, and the manufacturer has not given effective solutions, resulting in high complaint volume of vehicle model opinions. If the manufacturer does not come up with effective solutions, it will definitely affect the reputation of its vehicle model and brand.
