Li Bin, founder and CEO of Xilai Automobile, said in an interview with the media earlier that the NIO Jianghuai plant is undergoing capacity upgrading and will increase its production capacity by 25% by September at the latest, with a monthly capacity of about 5000 vehicles. At the same time, Li Bin also said that the fourth model of the NIO brand, "EE7", will also be put into production at the Jianghuai factory.

The share price of NIO has also risen. As of Oct. 30, U. S. stocks closed at $30.58, with a total market capitalization of $41.572 billion.
