For a long time, the car building in Zhengzhou has not been officially confirmed by Evergrande and the local government, and now Yuhe New Energy Technology, a subsidiary of Evergrande, has won 49895.01 square meters of land in Zhengzhou, which seems to further confirm Evergrande's Zhengzhou car building project.

On April 11, Zhengzhou Daily published a report published by the Xinzheng Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources and the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone (Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Free Trade Zone), which announced the result of the sale of the Land and Resources Bureau. Zhenggang No. 3 is located to the south of Planning Industrial Road and west of Planning Electronic Technology second Street, with a right-to-use area of 49895.01 square meters and a transaction price of 18.17 million yuan. The listing time is from March 27 to 09:30 on April 10, 2019, and the winner is Yuhe New Energy Technology, which is wholly owned by Hengdaineng.

It has been reported that Evergrande will set up five major production and sales bases in East China, West China, South China, North China and North China. Zhengzhou is the production base in central China, Tianjin is the production base in North China, and the South China production base is in Guangzhou Nansha Development Zone.
