AutoBeta(AutoBeta.net)11/17 Report--

As one of the earlier models to enter the Chinese market, Honda Feido has captured many young consumers through the lower threshold of car purchase. As the model is an entry-level model, the problem of safe collision is always a little worrying. A few days ago, in the European NCAP collision test, the overseas version of the new generation of flying passed with stable results.

According to the latest batch of collision test results officially released by European NCAP, Honda JAZZ (domestic version of flying) achieved five-star collision results in this evaluation. Among them, the scores of overseas flight for adults and children, pedestrians and safety assistance were 87% and 83%, 80% and 76%, respectively.

According to the European NCAP, due to the high active and passive safety configuration of the overseas version, the AEB (emergency braking) system and the new central airbag can effectively protect the collision safety of the driver and the co-pilot.

However, from the test of the frontal collision, we can see that the overseas version of the "double A-column" design is used. from the actual pictures after the collision, the A-column of the new car is not bent at all, and the crew cabin is complete. Therefore, the front structure of the model and the front driver side restraint system have been praised by safety experts, but the performance of anti-collision function is not as good as that of active collision.

According to the netizens' selection of collision models held by C-NCAP a few days ago, the new Guangzhou Automobile Honda fly has also successfully entered the collision list, and it is believed that the collision results of this model will be seen in the near future. Although the collision test of the C-NCAP of China Automobile Research Institute has the same collision project as the European NCAP, as there are similar institutions in Europe, Japan, the United States and China, the European NCAP is the most representative and authoritative, while the NCAP test in China is somewhat difficult to convince consumers.

As we all know, compared with the crash test of China Automotive Research C-NCAP in China, people will more agree with the test of China Insurance Research C-IASI. After all, in the China Insurance Research C-IASI, many Honda models have general or lower ratings, even the Accord or Haoying of higher-level Honda flying models have A-pillar bends visible to the naked eye, so they are models with lower price, lower configuration and lower cost. Its safety factor is also likely to decline.

By contrast, Honda models that were generally rated in the CICC C-IASI evaluation all passed steadily in the SAIC C-NCAP. It can be guessed that the newly listed Honda Feido in China Automotive Research C-NCAP may be able to achieve relatively stable results. In this regard, it will also make you more hopeful that the return of the C-NCAP of China Automobile Research Institute will give an evaluation standard closer to the real situation.
