The commissioner could not reply to Mr. Liu because he was in the state of loan in the first year, so Mr. Liu agreed.

In the second year, Mr. Liu received the motor vehicle registration certificate of his love car. Seeing that his love car had been transferred six times from November 2014 to October 2017, and the car had been equipped with GPS, Mr. Liu dared not drive his love car. After that, he sought the help of reporters and asked the big search car company to take corresponding compensation.

Mr. Liu said that when he bought the car at that time, the commissioner did not mention the number of transfers of the car to him, thinking that there was fraud in the big search car. After investigation, it was found that there was no number of car transfers in the pop-up car APP. For this reason, Mr. Liu and his party contacted the big search car.

At first, the big search car company negotiated compensation with Mr. Liu, saying to give the owner a fuel card of the same value as the car key, the owner can resell, Mr. Liu refused. After that, the public relations of Dashun Car Co., Ltd. replied to the problem that the number of transfers was not indicated and the owner compensated, saying that the platform really did not have the number of transfers, and the number of transfers was said by the car seller. Dashun Car could change the lock for Mr. Liu.

At present, the company has not reached consultation with Mr. Liu, and plans to take judicial channels if consultation fails.
