The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that in order to standardize the production behavior of new energy vehicles and strengthen supervision after the event, in accordance with the relevant provisions such as the measures for the Administration of Road Motor vehicle production Enterprises and Product access, the Ministry has established a notification system for the results of consistency supervision and inspection of road motor vehicle production. In the recent supervision and inspection of three categories of new energy vehicles, such as passenger cars, passenger cars and special-purpose vehicles, 27 models of 25 enterprises have the problem of production consistency.

Among them, in terms of new energy passenger vehicles, nine models and products of nine enterprises are involved, including power battery capacity and protection function, suitcase volume, tire specifications, signs and other items that do not meet national standards or management regulations.

There are two kinds of problems in the JNJ7000EVX25 pure electric car (E100) produced by Hunan Jiangnan Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Zhongtai production base), including the initial capacity of the battery does not meet the relevant requirements, and the discharge capacity does not meet the relevant requirements after 100 cycles.

Dongfeng automobile DFL7000NAH1BEV (Dongfeng Nissan Xuanyi pure electricity) model, the overdischarge protection value is lower than the enterprise technical parameter value, and the overcharge protection value is higher than the enterprise technical parameter value.

GAC GROUP's GAC6450CHEVA5E plug-in hybrid vehicle (GS4 plug-in hybrid) under operating conditions, the power consumption of 100 kilometers exceeds the record parameter value; the name of the manufacturer of vehicle energy management system is not consistent with the record parameters.

Guangzhou Automobile Honda GHA6450NAC5PHEV (Shirui PHEV) is in fact the standard-changing model of Chuanqi GS4 plug-in hybrid, and its problems are basically the same, but GAC Honda PHEV still has the problem that the charging plug model is not consistent with the filing parameters.

BYD BYD7150WT5HEV4 (Qin plug-in hybrid) was checked and found that the logo of the spare tire did not meet the requirements.

Zhejiang Haoqing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. HQ7002BEV15 (Dihao GSe Pure Electric) was found that the suitcase volume does not meet the requirements.

In the new energy bus, a total of 12 models and products of 10 enterprises are involved, including low-speed warning sound, vehicle horn, triangle warning signs, signs and other items that do not meet national standards or management regulations.

In terms of new energy special-purpose vehicles, a total of 6 models and products of 6 enterprises are involved, including power battery capacity, alarm signals, low-speed warning tones, signs and other items that do not meet national standards or management regulations.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said it would deal with it in accordance with the rules and regulations. For the models with production consistency problems found in the above inspection, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will deal with them in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Standardization Law of the people's Republic of China", "measures for the Administration of Road Motor vehicle production Enterprises and Product access", "New Energy vehicle production Enterprises and Product access Management regulations" and "announcement" management. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology at the provincial level where the enterprise is located should urge enterprises to identify the causes of product problems as soon as possible, formulate rectification measures and put them in place on schedule.

It is understood that the supervision and inspection work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was carried out in October this year, using random on-site inspection and sampling to be sent to designated testing institutions for inspection.

The production deviation or "fluke" behavior of some enterprises were finally found out. A number of enterprises have been named for rectification, which will help to improve the safety performance and energy saving level of vehicle products, and further strengthen automobile safety management.
