Outwardly, the 2.0T Haverdog continues the previous 1.5T design, also run by Phil Simmons, former design director of Land Rover and now global design director and vice president of Great Wall. Compared with the 1.5T version of the Big Dog, the 2.0T version of the new car will change the periphery of the forward grille to a more sturdy bright black decoration bar, highlighting the ferocious domineering.

At the same time, Huffer Dog 2.0T version will support cross-country customization, including hub kit, appearance kit, various off-road enhancement kits, customized Big Dog will make it more possible between 3amp 4 scale and 4amp 4 hard off-road.

In order to highlight the advantages of high-power models, the overall size of the 2.0T version is larger than the 1.5T version, the length, width and height are 4628/1910/1780mm, and the wheelbase is still 2738mm.

It is reported that the high-power big dog carries the model GW4N20 2.0T engine, the maximum power 155kW, the peak torque 320N ·m, the transmission does not disclose the specific information, but there is news that it will be the 8AT transmission.

In configuration, the new car will also be equipped with a fifth-generation Haldex four-wheel drive system, rear axle with tooth-embedded differential lock, transparent chassis, and six driving modes, greatly enhanced cross-country performance.

Although the pre-sale of the Haverdog 2.0T model is only a high-end four-wheel-drive version, according to officials, a total of three models will be launched in the future, including a two-wheel-drive version and two four-wheel-drive versions. So the launch of the 2.0T high-end model, coupled with purchase restrictions, may be in order to keep the big dog hot and avoid launching three models at the same time to distract consumers' choices.

At present, a total of four models are on sale, all equipped with 1.5T engines, namely "Husky", "Labrador", "Border Shepherd" and "Horse Dog". The price range is 11.99-142900 yuan.

As for the pre-price of 161900 yuan, compared with the models on sale, it is higher than 1.9-42000 yuan, which has a certain span, but whether it is power, configuration or size, it is believed that it will enrich the choice of more consumers who love high-performance off-road SUV, and the market prospect should not be underestimated.
