After Mr. Tong's consent, Baotong 4S store disassembled and checked the car, and finally determined that the oil leakage was the phenomenon of lubricating oil oozing in the position of the gearbox oil seal.

The car was bought less than a month ago and has a mileage of only 1700 kilometers. Mr. Tong could not accept such a quality problem, so he asked 4S stores and FAW-Volkswagen manufacturers to return the car, but both were rejected. In this regard, Mr. Tong made concessions and proposed to replace the gearbox assembly and related financial compensation, which was also rejected by the other party.

In response to Mr. Tong's problem, the after-sales staff of Baotong 4S store responded that there was indeed oil leakage in the gearbox oil seal in Mr. Tong's car, and the slippery new gearbox oil seal accessories could solve the problem. we also replace the new gearbox oil seal for the car owner free of charge according to the three guarantees law, and provide 2000 yuan maintenance voucher compensation, but the owner asked us to write down a guarantee to ensure that there will be no oil leakage after replacing the oil seal. And provide transportation subsidies and compensation for lost work, these requirements can not be met.

The above after-sales staff said that there is indeed a quality problem with Mr. Tong's car, but this is only a case, not a common problem.
