It can also be learned from the above notice that the company explicitly requires employees to sign the "Agreement on termination of Labor Relations", although the manufacturer guarantees to pay the arrears and advance fees of the employees who signed the "Agreement" at the end of the year. But employees are not sure whether they will be paid on time.

Most people may be strange to Hanlong Automobile, or even have never heard of it, but the mention of "Zhongtai Automobile" must be familiar with it. In fact, Hanlong Automobile can be regarded as Zhongtai brand. According to data, Hubei Daye Hanlong Automobile Co., Ltd. was established in January 2016 and is headquartered in Daye City, Hubei Province. It is a modern new energy automobile parts manufacturer integrating new energy vehicle design, development, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service, and is also a professional manufacturer of automobile engine products, spare parts supporting system products and automobile maintenance.

According to relevant information, Hubei Daye Hanlong Automobile Co., Ltd. is a branch of Zhejiang Zhongtai Automobile Co., Ltd., invested by Tieniu Group (the parent company of Zhejiang Zhongtai Automobile Co., Ltd.). In the early stage, it produced its models and engines for Zhongtai Automobile. In November 2019, Hanlong launched its first mass-produced model, Hanlong, as an independent brand, with an official guiding price of 15.98-243800 yuan.

The popularity of Hanlong's first model was not low at the beginning of its launch. Zhongtai Automobile has tasted the sweetness of the road of "imitation", so Hanlong draws lessons from the design elements of Land Rover, and its overall body design, suspended roof shape and side lines are the same as Land Rover. However, the high popularity does not mean that consumers will buy it. At present, the sales of this car in the market are very low, and the relevant sales figures are not available. Moreover, Hanlong has aroused widespread concern because of its frequent quality problems and the protection of its rights by car owners.
