According to Automotive quality Network's latest list of car complaints over the past month, there were many seats on the German-Japanese butcher list, which performed better in November.

Compared with the list of previous months, although the national models on the list have not changed much, FAW Mazda Atez has been at the top of the complaint list for six months in a row because of the abnormal noise of vehicles since April. Until last month, the number of complaints against the model was still in the second place, but in November this year, the model did not enter the top 10, ranking 23rd this month. It is not clear whether the vehicle has been accurately resolved. After all, the abnormal noise "news" about FAW Mazda has not stopped.

Throughout this month's list, the two best-selling brands are still German and Japanese, including five German models, four Japanese models and one French model. Of course, due to the current high sales of German and Japanese brands, with the growth of ownership, complaints about its models are also more likely.

However, for example, Dongfeng Peugeot 408 from the French brand does not sell a lot of models, but it is surprising that it often appears on the complaint list, with an average of about 1000 complaints per month equivalent to 0.8 per cent. The reasons for the complaint are still engine failure lights, tire cracking, abnormal noise of shock absorbers, oil burning and other problems.

In contrast, such as Suiteng, Xuanyi, Lang Yi and other similar markets with monthly sales of 40-50,000 vehicles, the gap is very large. However, the appearance of these models on the complaint list also shows that these models have their own problems. Among them, Suiteng ranked first, and the problems with the most complaints are still abnormal gearbox noises and gearbox setbacks, while complaints about abnormal engine noises and sensor failures are also on the rise.

In addition, all German brands on the list come from Volkswagen brands, such as Mai Teng and Tanyue of FAW-Volkswagen, and Lang Yi and Tuguan L of SAIC-Volkswagen. Among them, the abnormal noise of the gearbox is still the main complaint point, for example, Maiteng and Tuguan L also have the problems of "slide box failure" and "computer version failure".

It has to be said that Volkswagen's dual clutch gearbox has been put into operation in China for many years and has been widely used in its models, but problems in some vehicles are unavoidable. I also hope that manufacturers can feedback and solve consumer complaints. In addition, the problem of the lights of FAW-Volkswagen Tanyue car owners began in July this year. As for the complaint of the car owner, the manufacturer only indicated that it met the standard and would not be replaced.

In terms of Japanese models, Toyota Camry and Nissan Xuanyi, Teana and Toyota Leiling are also on the list, all of which are the main sales models of their respective brands, with 102, 82, 78 and 72 complaints respectively. Although Nissan Xuanyi is dominant in the car field, many users complain that Xuanyi has abnormal transmission noise, transmission setback, fault light and engine noise. Most of the problems complained about by Camry are "half-axle oil leakage", which is reported by many car owners as a quality problem, and even requires manufacturers to conduct a public recall.

Generally speaking, most of the models on the list are German and Japanese brands, such as the new Honda Feido model, but the problems are still reflected in the old models. On the other hand, there are few independent brand models on the list, and only some head owner brands appear in the complaint list, also because the independent brand volume is large, but the brands and models are scattered more, and the overall statistics are not as good as German and Japanese collective reflected in the best-selling models. In this way, we can find the market share of the two series models.

According to the list of car complaints in November, complaints about old problems, such as Volkswagen's double clutch gearbox, Japanese noise, and so on, dominated the list. However, the Automobile Complaints list is ranked according to the number of complaints. in theory, the higher the sales volume and the larger the number of vehicles on the list, but the more important significance is that it reflects the objective problems of the car and deserves the attention of consumers and manufacturers.
