Judging from the video and the pictures after the final collision, the 2020 Passat's A-pillar is no longer bent, the firewall is stronger, and even the airbag in the car can successfully catch the test dummy's head and reverse the previous "tragic" collision performance.

As a result, the 2020 Passat model has increased the front and rear head safety air curtain, improving the safety configuration, SAIC-Volkswagen may also have carried out some targeted structural enhancements. SAIC-Volkswagen should also be "in control" of the final results of taking the initiative to send and test models.

From "falling off the altar" to "passing with high marks", SAIC-Volkswagen's "deployment" this year is intended to restore the trust of consumers and realize the "self-rescue" of word-of-mouth and reputation.
