The new CC interior continues the design style of the current model, with a 10.3in full LCD meter, a 9.2inch LCD central control screen and a three-frame multi-function steering wheel, but the overall design is more simple. In terms of configuration, the new CC is equipped with Volkswagen's latest MIB3 infotainment system, providing keyless access, Harman Catton audio, wireless charging and other configurations.

There is no change in power, the new CC and CC hunting versions are equipped with 2.0T turbocharged engines and provide 330TSI and 380TSI high / low power adjustments. The 330TSI version has a maximum power of 186hp and a peak torque of 320Nm, while the 380TSI version has a maximum power of 220hp and a peak torque of 350Nm. The transmission system all matches the seven-speed double-clutch transmission, and the hunting version may also launch a four-wheel drive version.

CC is a high-looking model in Volkswagen products. With the unique design of frameless doors and hatchback body, it has been favored by many consumers. However, Volkswagen CC, which has the title of "most beautiful Volkswagen", does not sell well in the market. According to the data, FAW-Volkswagen CC sold 23807 vehicles in 2019 and 22733 from January to October 2020, making it a classic model that is not a hit.

Volkswagen CC can not sell, there are two main reasons: first, the price does not have an advantage, manufacturers guide the price of 2468.301,800 yuan, in the end market discount can already buy Cadillac CT5. Second, in terms of design, the design of Volkswagen CC frameless doors and slippery body looks very young, but the interior design is too old-fashioned, in contrast to the appearance.
