Beijing Hyundai's new ix35 was officially launched on December 13, with a total of four models with a market guidance price of 12.98-155800 yuan. As a medium-term modified model, the appearance of the new car has been adjusted to some extent, and the power parameters are also different.

The new ix35 has been unveiled at the Guangzhou Auto Show, and its appearance is different from that of the cash. The horizontal headlights on the front face are connected to the large-size medium mesh, the grille has been changed to an interwoven style, and the front bumper has also been redesigned. In the rear part, the new ix35 uses black through taillights, the central Hyundai logo is replaced by the English alphabet, and the lower bumper echoes the design style of the front face. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4500amp 1850max 1680 (1710max 1715) mm, wheelbase 2640mm respectively.

The interior of the new ix35 has little change and is mainly replaced with an embedded vertical central control LCD screen to further increase the intelligence of the car.

In terms of power, Beijing Hyundai's new ix35 will continue to carry 1.4T turbocharged and 2.0L naturally aspirated engines with maximum power of 140hp and 160hp, peak torque of 193Nm and 242Nm respectively. In terms of transmission, the 1.4T engine continues to match the 7-speed double-clutch transmission, while the 2.0L engine matches the 6-speed manual transmission and the 6-speed manual transmission.

Ix35 is a compact SUV model owned by Beijing Hyundai, which was introduced into China in 2010. The current ix35 officially launched on August 31 this year, the new car as an annual change model, the exterior interior power has not changed significantly, only for the configuration adjustment.

According to the data, ix35 sold 3453 vehicles in October, down 49.24% from a year earlier, while cumulative sales in the first 10 months were 59353, down 45.28% from a year earlier.

Without enough brand strength and product strength, Beijing Hyundai has gradually become a third-line joint venture brand, and the gap between Beijing Hyundai and mainstream German-Japanese and even independent brand products is also growing, and the decline in sales of Beijing Hyundai is also expected. However, with the upgrading of new Elantra, new Sonata and other models, Beijing Hyundai's market competitiveness has also been enhanced, and some products have been localized on the basis of existing models, in order to achieve an upward breakthrough of product brands. In terms of products, the Elantra has become the best-selling model of Hyundai in Beijing, with sales reaching 8556 in October, while Yuedong and the new Tusheng models climb the slope obviously.

At present, although Beijing Hyundai is gradually updating its products and its prices are sinking, in the face of competition from many mainstream products, Beijing Hyundai also needs to bear more pressure. In the short term, the decline in Hyundai sales in Beijing is inevitable. According to the latest data from the Federation of passengers, Beijing Hyundai sold 443867 vehicles in the first 11 months of this year, down 28.8% from a year earlier, while Beijing Hyundai has fallen out of the top 15 in monthly sales for many months, replacing Chery, which has continued to grow in sales.
