Then tested by the 4S store, it was found that the direction assist system failed, and the sales director of the 4S store also confirmed the incident, saying that "electronic accessories need to be replaced."

But Ms. Wang felt that it was ridiculous to change the parts of the new car in less than 24 hours. Even after such a serious quality problem was repaired, she could not believe the quality of the car. She refused to repair the car and asked to change or return the car.

Check the "car three packages" regulations, list the failure of the steering system of household car products, etc., if consumers choose to replace family car products or return them, the seller shall be responsible for free replacement or return, and support consumers to return or change their cars.
