The customer service manager of 4S shop said that the lady's car showed a 48-volt motor failure, but the motor did not fail, and its maintenance measure was to reprogram and upgrade. At present, both parties are still negotiating, 4S shop will recycle the woman's Mercedes-Benz C260 with 270,000 yuan, exchange for Mercedes-Benz C200, the specific purchase price is still under negotiation.

According to the 4S shop, Mercedes-Benz C260 "48V motor failure" has not yet constituted the degree of common fault, but we know from the online inquiry that there are many complaints about the "48V system failure" of Mercedes-Benz C260 light hybrid models. A Mercedes-Benz C260 Star Edition owner complained on the vehicle quality network that less than a week after buying the car, the engine fault light was on, the 48V power system failed, the 12V battery was not charged, and the fire could not be ignited. He was dragged to the 4S shop for maintenance and was told that the motor needed to be replaced. The repair lasted 34 days, and on December 21, a 48-volt power system failure was displayed. The actual driving time of this car is shorter than the repair time, and it is seriously suspected that this car has major hidden dangers.
