It is worth mentioning that this is Chen Hao's second transfer this year, only in the past six months. On April 7 this year, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongfeng Co., Ltd.") announced the adjustment of the management of the company. Chen Hao succeeded Ding Shaobin as vice president of Dongfeng Co., Ltd. Half a year later, Chen Hao was promoted to Deputy General Manager and standing Committee member of the Party Committee of Dongfeng Automobile Group Co., Ltd.

It is worth mentioning that just yesterday, Dongfeng Co., Ltd. suddenly announced that it had decided to streamline its seven major business departments into five, of which Dongfeng Qichen Qichen Company would be managed by Dongfeng Nissan and changed from an independent brand to the second brand of Dongfeng Nissan passenger car Company.

According to the data, Chen Hao worked at Dongfeng Automobile in July 1992, during which he served as head of the Law Department of Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd., and head of the Dealer support Department of Dongfeng Nissan passenger car Company. In March 2014, Chen Hao took over from Yang Song as Deputy General Minister of Dongfeng Nissan Marketing headquarters, responsible for the construction of Dongfeng Nissan marketing system. Chen Hao served as deputy general manager of Dongfeng Nissan passenger car Company in January 2018 and vice president of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd.

During his tenure, Dongfeng Nissan has indeed made some progress. Dongfeng Nissan achieved annual sales of 1 million vehicles for the first time in 2015, and in the following years, especially this year, although sales declined as a result of the epidemic, sales in the first November still exceeded 1 million vehicles.

As a former brand of Dongfeng Nissan, sales have continued to decline after independence. In the first 11 months of this year, Dongfeng Qichen sales of 69000 vehicles, down 32.76% year-on-year, "three consecutive declines of the year" basically locked.

Looking at Dongfeng Company, Qichen brand is not the only one with poor development. Shenlong Automobile, Dongfeng Fashion, Dongfeng Fengshen, Dongfeng scenery and other brands have no small problems, in technology, products and even after-sales service is still not strong and perfect. In addition, Dongfeng also launched the Lantu brand this year, hoping to lay out the high-end market and develop its own brand, but it is still in the early stage of development, and there is still a lot of pressure in the later stage of development.

According to Dongfeng Motor, the integration and adjustment of related businesses will further expand the coordination of Dongfeng limited internal resources, optimize Dongfeng limited organizational structure, improve decision-making efficiency, and strengthen corporate governance capabilities.
