Up to now, some users still report the increase of engine oil and the phenomenon of oil emulsification. In addition, Camry's complaints include instrument cracking, half-shaft oil leakage and ball cage cover oil leakage.

Despite its low overall sales, Peugeot 408 also appeared on the complaint list for many months, ranking third with 1039 complaints in 2010. the main problems focus on engine oil burning, engine fault lights, engine jitter and tire cracking.

FAW-Volkswagen Suiteng ranked fourth with 1035 complaints, and the main problems were abnormal transmission noise, transmission setbacks, engine noise and tire cracking.

In addition to Suiteng, Volkswagen's Lang Yi, Maiteng and Passat all appeared on the complaint list. Among the models involved in the complaint against Volkswagen, all are equipped with their own double clutch gearbox (DSG). The abnormal noise of the double clutch gearbox has become the main complaint slot point of the above models, in which Lang Yi also smells in the car, Mai Teng has a slide valve box failure, and Passat is suspected to have design defects.

Nissan Xuanyi and Buick Yinglang are joint venture cars that have attracted much attention in the market, with high sales and high number of complaints. As the model with the highest sales in the car market, many users complain that Xuanyi has some problems, such as abnormal transmission noise, transmission setback, engine noise and so on. After Buick Yinglang replaced the four-cylinder engine, sales also increased significantly, with a total of 714 complaints in 2020, resulting in problems such as engine jitter and abnormal engine noise, but mainly focused on three-cylinder Yinglang models.

The Audi A4L is the only luxury model on the list, with 631 complaints annually. The main problems are abnormal transmission noise, engine antifreeze leakage, transmission setback and so on. The data show that Audi A4L sold 120815 vehicles in the first 11 months of 2020.

The list reveals some problems in product quality control and provides some reference value for consumers to buy cars to a certain extent.
