According to the sales list, BMW Group's cumulative sales increased by 7.4% to 777,379 vehicles in 2020, leading Mercedes-Benz to win the top luxury brand sales by 2997 vehicles; Mercedes-Benz accumulated sales of 774,382 vehicles, an increase of 11.7% year-on-year, ahead of Audi 48,094 vehicles; Audi ranked third, with sales growth of 5.4% to 726,288 vehicles in 2020.

In 2020, BMW Group delivered 777379 BMW and MINI models in the Chinese market, up 7.4% year-on-year, which is the best sales performance since BMW Group entered the Chinese market, thus surpassing Mercedes-Benz and Audi and winning the top sales of luxury brands in China in 2020.

BMW 5 Series, BMW X3 and BMW 3 Series are still the main sales products of BMW Group. According to the data, the cumulative sales volume of BMW 5 Series in 2020 is 159,000 vehicles, down 1.8% year-on-year. BMW X3 cumulative sales of 134,000 units, an increase of 9.9% year-on-year. In addition, BMW 3 Series annual cumulative sales of 167,000 vehicles, an increase of 28.6% year-on-year. In 2021, Mercedes-Benz will open the "EQ first year". In addition to the EQC previously listed, Mercedes-Benz plans to launch EQA, EQB and EQS three pure electric models in 2021.

Audi's cumulative sales volume in 2020 is 726,288 vehicles, up 5.4% year-on-year, but it is still ranked third compared with Mercedes-Benz and BMW brands.

In terms of vehicle models, Audi mainly relies on A4L, A6L and Q5, and sales volume has also increased under the condition of increased preferential treatment. Specifically, Audi A6L accumulated sales of 182,000 vehicles throughout the year, an increase of 38.8% year-on-year. Audi A4L was 139,000 units, down 17.7% year-on-year. Audi Q5L cumulative sales of 149,000 units, an increase of 7.3% year-on-year. Although sales and production were greatly affected due to the impact of the epidemic in the first half of the year, thanks to the launch of new products and the implementation of relevant market stimulation policies in the second half of the year, the three brands of BBA finally achieved good results in 2020. On the whole, BMW and Mercedes-Benz are more like "old enemies", the sales gap between the two car companies is not big, 2021 is still a year of struggle. As for the Audi brand, there are fewer products to rely on in the market. Although sales increased during the year, the gap between BMW and Mercedes is still large, ranking third.
