The new regulation also mentions that in electric vehicle charging stations with manual charging, staff should manage the parking environment in the charging stations to prevent fuel vehicles from occupying charging spaces and affecting normal charging activities. In the "unattended" self-charging electric vehicle charging station, it is also necessary to use new intelligent technology to regulate the use of non-rechargeable vehicles.

According to the specification, the inspection frequency of manual charging service charging stations is not less than once a day; for self-charging charging stations, the inspection frequency should be classified and managed according to the location and utilization rate, and the number of inspections should not be less than once every three months. If it is found that the fuel-fueled vehicle occupies a special parking space for charging, the owner should be informed to leave immediately.

At the same time, as the vast majority of new energy vehicle owners often encounter problems such as charging jump guns, charging failures and low charging power at public charging stations, the new rules also propose that electric vehicle charging stations should be equipped with 24-hour service telephones. and complaints should be dealt with with a "time limit". Among them, the problems that can be solved on the spot should be solved immediately, and those that can be solved within a specified time should be solved immediately.
