The official website of the Beijing Municipal people's Government recently published a "Code for the Operation and Management of Electric vehicle charging stations". According to the new regulations, electric vehicle charging stations should guide fuel vehicles not to occupy special parking spaces for charging. Charging stations in public service areas, internal charging stations in units and public charging stations in residential areas, which meet the requirements of relevant national standards, should be opened to the public at an appropriate time, and inform the conditions required for charging vehicles. The measure will be formally implemented on April 1, 2021.

If it is found that the fuel-fueled vehicle occupies a special parking space for charging, the owner should be informed to leave immediately.
