In October 2020, Tesla conducted a recall in China, which attracted the attention of the market. However, the basic driving function and controllability of the vehicle are not affected, and we have not found any related injuries or crashes. "

The solution is that Tesla will check the user's vehicle to see if the 8GB eMMC needs to be repaired or replaced due to accumulated wear and tear. If it is confirmed that the component needs to be replaced, Tesla will provide the improved 64GB eMMC free of charge to restore the touchscreen function.
