Subsequently, the sales staff took the six-year free warranty and maintenance of the vehicle as a condition, hoping that Ms. Fu could help complete the assessment task of the mortgage. As a result, the rich lady first made a down payment of 238000 yuan in the store, and then applied for a car loan, but the loan was indeed 246000 yuan, repaid in 36 installments. The two sides agreed in the form of a contract that Ms. Fu only needs to pay the loan fees of the first 18 installments, and all the remaining loans and the resulting interest will be repaid by the store, which has nothing to do with Ms. Fu and is stamped with the official seal of the 4S store.

In December 2020, Ms. Fu was told that Kong, the salesperson who received her, had been criminally detained on suspicion of fraud. Therefore, the next 18 tranches of the 246000 yuan loan applied in the name of Ms. Fu still have to be borne by Ms. Fu herself. This means that the next loan will have to be paid by Ms. Fu herself, who will have to pay more than 500000 yuan for the original 380000 yuan car after the operation of the salesperson in the 4S store.

After learning that the salesman Kong was criminally detained on suspicion of fraud, 60 or 70 Audi owners who bought cars through Kong rushed to the 4S store one after another. they all encountered a situation similar to that of Ms. Fu: Kong, with free maintenance, extended warranty, cash concessions, and so on, required customers to apply for a car loan that significantly exceeded the amount of the final payment after the customer had paid the down payment.
