As for the interior, there are not many obvious changes in the new car, only for the central multimedia display size upgrade to 10 inches, and equipped with the latest voice navigation system and height map. At the same time, the new car also added brown interiors and wood grain panels to improve the quality of the car.

In terms of power, the new car is still equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with a maximum power of 220 horsepower and a maximum torque of 350 Nm, matching a six-speed manual transmission, and some models will also be equipped with a four-wheel drive system.

It is worth mentioning that at the end of 2019, when the Hanlanda model ushered in the medium-term modification of 2020 models, the news of the replacement of the Hanlanda model had been exposed. It was thought that the 2020 model would be the last generation before the replacement of the TANG platform, but the 20121 models attracted so far are still old models.

In spite of this, with the reputation of Toyota brand, big space and product stability, Hanlanda still maintains the sales situation of price increase in the Chinese market, while the other seven joint venture SUV compete with each other in price reduction.

As for the domestic real car map of the new generation of Hanlanda models, which has also been circulated online before, it means that the new car is getting closer and closer to the market, and it is reported that the domestic launch date has been set for September this year.

The new generation of Hanlanda model is the fourth generation of the car series, the new car is based on Toyota TNGA-K platform, the overall outline still continues the classic shape of Hanlanda, the details have been greatly adjusted, and the overall trend is tough style. The upper narrow and lower wide trapezoidal front grille is matched with a blackened middle net and flying wing chrome plating, which increases the recognition of the front face, and the design of the fog lamp area on both sides is also more slender than the current style. In terms of vehicle details, the A-pillar adopts a blackened design, and the side shape is similar to that of the current Hanlanda. The tail uses a slender taillight group, the overall shape is more square. The interior of the new car has also taken on a new look, with a large liquid crystal display screen.

The new domestic Hanlanda will mainly push the hybrid model, using a combination of 2.5L four-cylinder engine and two motors, with a comprehensive power of 240 horsepower, offering two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive options.

According to sales data released by GAC Toyota, for the whole of 2020, GAC Toyota sold about 765000 vehicles, an increase of 12% over the same period last year, the fastest growth rate among the domestic mainstream joint venture brands.
