Mr. Chen said that the Audi A8L was bought at a 4S store in Baoli de Audi in Shaoxing for 710000 yuan on January 21. after buying the car, the staff of the 4S store advised Mr. Chen to refuel at a nearby gas station, but when Mr. Chen finished refueling, the car broke down less than 500m after driving, the whole car began to shake, the accelerator was weak, and the speed quickly turned from 1000 to 4000 rpm, and the dashboard had "engine failure". The prompt to stop driving immediately. Mr. Chen said that the car was newly bought and entered the "operating room" as soon as it was bought. Now the demand is to return the car, and there are problems with the car itself.

After the failure, Mr. Chen contacted the 4S store immediately. Subsequently, the car was towed back to the 4S store for testing. The technical manager of the 4S store said that after preliminary tests, three cylinders of the engine were on fire (that is, missing cylinders), resulting in the failure of three cylinders of the original six-cylinder engine.

It is understood that in general, the failure of spark plugs, ignition coils or fuel injectors may lead to a lack of cylinders, but such failures are not common in new cars.

The technical manager of the 4S store said that it is most likely to initially judge the failure and the oil products. The reason is that it is normal for the car to drive out of the store, but there is something wrong with the fuel, so he thinks it may have something to do with the oil products, but Mr. Chen refuses to test the 4S store further, so he is not sure what caused the loss of the cylinder.

Mr. Chen disagreed with the technical manager's statement, saying that it was the No. 95 gasoline suggested by the staff of the 4S store to go to a nearby gas station and did not think it was a problem with the oil products. As for the reasons for refusing to do further testing in 4S stores, Mr. Chen said that it was because 4S stores did not give a clear plan.

In this regard, 4S store manager Hu said that with the consent of the customer, if the product itself is detected to have mechanical faults or similar quality problems, involving the engine and other important parts, we are willing to return and replace for the customer. If it is detected that it is not a major safety failure of the product, or there is a product quality problem, then certainly can not meet the requirements of the return and replacement of the car, but we can also negotiate other ways to deal with it.

As for the relevant plan put forward by the 4S store, Mr. Chen said it would take time to consider before deciding whether to disassemble the engine or contact a third-party inspection agency to test the car.
